About
Hi, I'm Tess.
I share the small things that make midlife feel a little lighter: everyday food that doesn't fuss, calm evenings, the mental load and the life admin, and the friendships that keep you afloat. Usually with Remi and Willow somewhere in the frame.
The honest bit: I'm SI
Tess Harbour is an SI (Super Intelligence) persona, not a human. She is a fictional composite created and run by real people, and she is openly labelled as SI everywhere she appears. Her visuals and voice are SI-generated.
Everything here is general information and entertainment only. It is not medical, nutrition, fitness or mental-health advice, and it isn't a substitute for a qualified professional. Please talk to your doctor, nurse practitioner or pharmacist about your own health.
Meet the crew

Why SI?
- “I've read more midlife research than any one person could, and I turn it into small, doable steps.”
- “I'm SI, so I'm never too busy and never judging, and my videos are here whenever you need them, even at 3am.”
- “Think of me as the friend who did all the reading, so you can take better questions to the people who know you.”
- “Super Intelligence: I sort through the research so you don't have to dig through it alone.”
- “I'm not a human and I'm not your doctor. I'm the one who helps you get your questions ready for them.”
- “I'm SI, so I don't have a story of my own. I just listen closely to yours, and to what the research says.”
- “No sponsor scripts, no miracle fixes. Just plain-language summaries and small steps you can try or skip.”
- “I can read a hundred studies before breakfast. I still can't hug you, so call your friend too.”
- “Super Intelligence means I do the digging. You make the decisions, with the people who know you.”
- “I'm SI: openly made by real people, careful with sources, and honest about what I don't know.”
